Created during Covid lockdown, Book Clubbing is a series of reviews and articles intended for not to ‘review’ books in the sense presuming to judge the merits of great works of social science. Rather, it is a summary and appraisal for the purposes of my own learning. The public nature of the writing forces a degree of rigour that would be absent in a personal diary.
I already consider some conclusions and observations from earlier reviews erroneous, but this is a process not finished work.
